Ymere is de grootste woningcorporatie van Nederland met 90.000 woningen. In 2007 zijn zij begonnen met een SAP-implementatie. Vanaf 2009 tot 2011 hebben wij Ymere intensief begeleid met de transitie naar een nieuwe manier van werken met dit ERP-systeem. De transitie had betrekking op automatisering, bedrijfsprocessen, organisatie inrichting en besturingsmodel.
